Week 1: Let's Get It On!!!!!!

Just so we're clear, you DON'T have to have read the ENTIRE book to come to book club this Saturday.  I haven't even read the whole book yet (this is Kelly speaking)!  Neither have I (and this is Leya)!

And again, just so we're clear, week 1 of NNU is going to be awesome!

If you are AT ALL  interested in nutrition:

  • Whether or not you know Leya and/or I,
  • Whether or not you voted on a preferred day for NNU, 
  • Whether or not you even bought "The Paleo Solution" book,
  • Whether or not you've been a CrossFitter for 1 day or 4 years,

COME!  To NNU book club.

This week, we will talk about:

1. Our Story (why are Leya and I here?)

2. Your story (why are you here?):
  • feel better?
  • competition?
  • get stronger?
  • get faster?
  • get healthier?
  • general interest?
2. Have any of you ever attempted a Paleo approach to eating?  What worked well?  What didn't work well?

3.  Based on what you've read in Chapters 1 - 3, what is the most interesting thing you've come across?

4. Is there anything you need clarification on, or where you would like others' opinions?

5.  Did any of the information in any of the chapters surprise you?

6. For any of you who have read beyond Chapter 3, are there any questions you would like to discuss at NNU Week 2?

  1. Sounds like an awesome start to book club, I am sad to report I will unfortunately be sitting in First aid and Cpr C training all day Saturday. Have a blast!!!
